My name is Marius and I have been employed at Zauner Anlagentechnik since April 2022. I work in project management for industrial pipeline construction on construction sites in Europe.

What does a typical day look like for you? What are your tasks?
I usually start my working day at 7:00 a.m. in the office on the construction site. After switching on the laptop, a cup of coffee is a must. In the course of the day, it always varies between clarification between project and site management, many different Excel files, e-mails and meetings. Of course, visits to construction sites are also part of the daily routine. To clear my head after work, I like to go to the gym or have an “apple juice” with my colleagues.
Why did you choose ZAUNER as your employer?
I found the job on the Internet. After a very quick application process and a first, very good interview, I knew right away that Zauner was to be my future employer.
What do you like most about your job?
I am the technical contact person on the construction site, which means that my place of work is mainly abroad. Language barriers, different work cultures and unpredictable problems make every day a day full of challenges. Getting to know the country of residence is also one of the big pluses for me.
For what reason would you recommend ZAUNER as an employer?
Helpful interaction. No matter what problem you face, whether technical or general, every employee is willing to help. The open and personal interaction between supervisors and employees also makes work less stressful.

For large projects, one should have a certain organizational talent in order not to lose the overview. Communication, especially within the team, should also function well in order to work as productively as possible and successfully hand over the project to a satisfied customer.
