What does a typical working day look like for you?

I work before dawn. Every day I am busy solving problems on the construction site. My days are divided between meetings, scheduling, working with documents, and maintaining attendance at the job site.

What do you like most about your job?

What I like most about my job is that every day is different and brings a lot of tasks to be done, and solving problems comes quite smoothly thanks to teamwork.

What opportunities does ZAUNER offer you as an employer?

The most important thing for me at Zauner is that I have the opportunity to take part in international projects. I am impressed by how many of my colleagues have been associated with Zauner for much of their careers.

For what reason would you recommend ZAUNER as an employer?

Zauner is a company that is flexible for employees and realizes that it is very important for an employee to have a well balance between work and family.

At ZAUNER, all employees are heroes. What is your superpower?

What caught my attention at the very beginning at Zauner was that the new employees were called heroes from the start. My superpower is to keep my cool during difficult moments at work and find good solutions.
