Why did you choose ZAUNER as your employer?
For me personally, the next step in my career was to find an employer who would
- offers flexible working hours,
- down-to-earth and at eye level,
- wishes to work independently and
- Respect comes first – whether internally or externally
Fortunately, I was able to find all this at Zauner!
What do you like most about your job?
I think it’s great that I’m allowed to organise myself completely independently and that I can and am allowed to contribute my suggestions and ideas for improvement.
What opportunities does ZAUNER offer you as an employer?
Flexitime and home office allow me to balance my work and private life in the best possible way. I’m not an early riser and I love the fact that I don’t have to be in the office at 7am. Short trips are my great passion – I quickly take time off on Friday or do home office on Monday – that makes my work-life balance easy!
Why would you recommend ZAUNER as an employer?
Apart from the exciting working environment and the cool projects, what characterises Zauner the most is that I can’t find any difference between origin, age or gender in the company. Equality is a matter of principle here!
At ZAUNER all employees are heroes. What is your superpower?
I would say that I keep calm in stressful situations and always have an open ear for my colleagues.
