- Knowledge of contract content within the framework of the projects
- Interface between project management / construction site / project procurement / contract management
- Independent timely creation, processing, coordination, review, follow-up, conclusion and documentation of the required change orders / variation orders / site instructions / claims
- Monitoring of deadline effects / consequences of foreseeable deviations of costs & deadline plan
- Convening, moderating and minutes of commercial discussions coordinating with project management / construction site management / project procurement
- Regular reporting to the project management
Required superpowers
- Completed commercial or technical education (commercial academy, vocational education, university)
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Fundamental knowledge of business administration and legal contracts
- Experience with project controlling and processing of claims a plus
- Quick learner, tenacity, dedication and independent initiative as well as positive demeanour
- Very good English skills (able to negotiate)
- Willingness to travel (about 10%)
