Work-life balance
We at ZAUNERGROUP rely on the flexitime model. In order to achieve a healthy work-life balance, it is important to divide the day well in order to still have enough time for family, studies and hobbies. Nobody has to decide whether family OR career – for Zauner heroes both are possible. The working hours are agreed individually with the manager and the team.
