Why did you choose ZAUNER as your employer?
The original reason was my desire to work together in a team on the implementation of projects. Then, when I went through the application process, the very personal, friendly and open way of dealing with me was added, which made my decision easy.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like most about my job is the variety of tasks and the opportunity to work out solutions to problems myself and without any major restrictions.
What opportunities does ZAUNER offer you as an employer?
I came across and joined ZAUNER during my master’s studies and thanks to the flexibility of my superiors I was able to combine this very well with my work.
For what reason would you recommend ZAUNER as an employer?
Because the company takes great care of its employees and also offers a lot of benefits, I can only recommend ZAUNER.
At ZAUNER, all employees are heroes. What is your superpower?
I don’t know if it counts as a superpower, but I love solving problems and it is a special incentive for me to get the best out of every (problem) situation.
